CLIENT

ACU partnered with Adobe to make Adobe Creative Cloud free for students, faculty and staff. When ACU faculty turned to us for help with spreading awareness and eliciting downloads, our team put their nose to the grind and ironed out a marketing communications plan to reach our fellow students.

In September, we pitched several ideas to Adobe reps and ACU faculty on how to reach students, increase awareness and generate excitement. With a positive response to our ideas, we set forth to develop and implement a marketing communications plan. 

OBJECTIVES

  • Begin to build exposure for Adobe Creative Cloud at ACU
  • Achieve an overall 25% software download rate
  • Generate awareness of Adobe CC programs and their uses

SOLUTIONS

  • Generate participants for a poster competition
  • Utilize myACU banner advertisements, chapel slides and Adobe promotional posters
  • Plan, promote and set up a launch event on campus
  • Present major specific uses of Adobe CC in classrooms across campus

RESULTS

By April, over 1,400 students had accessed Adobe CC for free through ACU.
